Annual Program Kickoffs Announced
All leaders and other interested adults are invited to attend the Annual Program Kickoff!  Each district will host an event!

July 16th-8 Rivers District-Irwin EMC Community Room, Ocilla.

July 23rd-Alapaha District-Copeland Center, Camp Patten

July 30th-Chehaw District-Institutional First Baptist Church, Albany.

Each Program kickoff begins at 6:30 and dinner is being served.  There is no cost for the kickoff, but please RSVP so we can prepare for dinner.

Announcement of the 2017 National Jamboree Leadership and sign up procedures.

Presentation of the OA plans for the year.

Boy Scout Camporee Plans

The Training opportunities for the year.

NESA Committee Formed
The South Georgia Council NESA is a fellowship of men who have achieved the Eagle Scout rank and desire to assist with the national objective for the Association which is to serve Eagle Scouts and, through them, the entire movement of Scouting. The South Georgia Council NESA offers Eagle Scouts the opportunity to give back to Scouting through service to their fellow Scouts – guiding Eagle Scouts of all ages into service within the Council and shaping Scouting for the future.
